MISCO have just released the results of the National Employee Engagement Survey carried out in October 2024.Results were presented during an event held at the Brewhouse (Farsons) on Wednesday, 4th December 2024.
A panel discussion followed the presentation with Seifert Group Chairman and CEO, Michael R. Seifert being one of the panel speakers. In his intervention, Mr Seifert spoke about how Seifert seeks to engage and foster a sense of belonging among employees by communicating values and goals. He spoke also on the subject of recognition and engagement and the effect of recognition, in particular, when this comes from external customers following supplier audits.
Other panel speakers in this discussion were Mr Noel Scerri, HR Director at Malta Freeport Terminals and Ms Chiara Borg, CEO at Agenzija Sappport. The panel discussion was moderated by MISCO Director, Ms Joanne Bondin.
