EMS Operator (m/f/d)

The Operator would form part of the Electronics Manufacturing Services production team, and reporting to the Electronics Manager.

Main responsibilities include:

To run production equipment, carrying out inspection, manual soldering, and other production duties as required.

Skills and Experience required:

• Preferably have previous experience within the electronics manufacturing sector, ideally in Surface Mount, End of line Through-hole soldering, familiar with Quality Control processes.
• Knowledge of Electronics Component Identification.
• Having good eyesight and dexterity is required, due to the use of microscope and other inspection media.
• Have a can-do attitude and willingness to work with minimal supervision.
• Personal qualities of drive, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Assertiveness and an eye for detail.
• Background knowledge of a basic electronics manufacturing environment would be considered an asset.
• Ability to meet set deadlines and a good eye for detail.
• Be flexible and multitasking.
• Good command of the English language and ability to understand and written instructions in English.
• Excellent computer knowledge.
• Willing and able to work on a shift rotation basis.
