Service Technician (m/f/d)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Forming part of the After-Sales team, the Service Technician will be responsible for the analysing, repairing and servicing Seifert products and key functions would include:

• Leading the Service Centre (Malta)
• Handling the Spare-Parts business
• Giving global Service Support (customers and overseas Seifert Service Centres)

The ideal candidate would be:

• Technically oriented with a qualification in an Engineering or Technical field at MQF Level 4 or higher. Ideally with HVAC experience.
• Knowledge, experience, and a high level of skill in the assembly processes of the company products (or the ability to learn these processes and achieve a high level of skill)
• Experience in use of IT and ERP systems

The role calls for overseas travel to service and support customers as may be required.
