- Your tasks include processing customer inquiries and creating tailor-made offers
- Order entry, scheduling and tracking
- The support of existing customers and projects, as well as the expansion of new customers, takes place in collaboration with the field sales force
- You carry out written and telephone correspondence, as well as activities and advice from within the company
- Maintaining customer data in the CRM and ERP system
- Issue entry confirmations
- You look after after-sales issues, receive and process complaints, and support accounting in dunning in the assigned customer base

REQUIREMENTS
- You have completed commercial training or comparable training with professional experience in internal sales
- You have a good understanding of business relationships
- You are very interested in technical topics and products
- You impress with your quick comprehension, care and independent work
- You have an open-minded and committed personality
- You have experience in using ERP/CRM and MS Office (ideally SAGE ERP)
- You speak English fluently
